OGBONNA AGWU – CEO

Mr. Ogbonna Agwu is the Chief Executive Officer of Pan-Africa Investment & Strategy Summit Ltd (PAISS), a leading firm in business consultancy and business support services. He is a graduate of accountancy from University of Nigeria Enugu with twenty years of experience from private sector of the economy. He is a Chartered Portfolio Manager and full member of Portfolio Management Institute with over fourteen years of practical experience in portfolio management, investment consulting and financial advisory services. His journey to private sector started from defunct Golden Insurance Limited now Capital Express Assurance as sales executive and later served as unit manager before joining Cashcraft Asset Management as Business Development Manager and later moved to Scientext Consulting as Lead Consultant and Executive Director from where he stepped to steer the management team of Pan-Africa Investment & Strategy Summit Ltd.

He has actively participated in various business development and ideas that shaped company policies and operations.

Anele, Chidera – Finance/ICT Director

An astute and seasoned accountant with experience reflecting over a decade of combining cross-functional competencies in different phases of accounting and finance responsibilities in the ICT, Investment and Educational sectors.

Expert and proficient in developing and implementing financial controls and procedures, business optimization as well as possessing an analytical mind with recorded successes of establishing strategic plans and developing exceptional financial systems.

He has deep competence in management consulting, accounting, tax, business advisory, audit and hands-on management experience.

Having started cutting his teeth at SAFE Associates Limited, a school dedicated to training accountants in Lagos, he went on to manage to fruition the first online school in Nigeria (CBT Limited) devoted to connecting accounting students all over the world and preparing them for the ICAN examination.

Thereafter, joined an Investment outfit, worked at Paul Taiwo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) an audit firm of immense repute and later on pitched tent with an ICT firm at Lekki from where he polished and honed the skills necessary for him to start off his business and render the value to his clients.

He has been involved in recruitment for various categories of positions, including graduate trainee, mass recruitment, as well as non-management, technical and management positions for a wide range of clients across the private sector.

Chidera is a Sage 50 consultant and a business partner to the Sage Company, Nigeria.  He also has deep competence in training, design and implementation of accounting and management solutions and development centres.

His experience in training includes the organisation, design and delivery of training programmes to enhance skills of personnel across various industries in numerous organisations from entry to intermediate level management.

Chidera holds a B.Sc in Accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of Association of Information Marketers of Nigeria (AIMN) and also a quasi-certified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Sam, Akpa – Admin/Logistics Director

An astute and seasoned Computer Scientist with experience in supply chain management & Logistics in Oil and gas sector.  Worked with SNEPCO for a period of 8 years as supply chain and logistics personnel. Sam is a B.Sc. holder in Computer Science from the University of Port-Harcourt, Rivers. Currently processing his CIPS, with few courses to get through with it
